AASV MDU handles both the common-area building systems and the individual apartments or condos in high-rise, low-rise and mixed-use developments. Units are wired for basic services then upgraded individually to resident requirements. From safety, acdess, communication, environmental, entertainment and control systems, we cover all smart apartment technologies. Additionally, as a full-service technology contractor, we make sure common-area and unit systems are fully integrated.
